As a former leader of WorkSource Atlanta and the Metro Atlanta Chamber's workforce initiatives, Amy brings extensive experience in overseeing the administration of $7+ million in federal grant funds, implementing systems changes to increase program effectiveness, and developing strategies for program execution. Amy has also lobbied for inclusive workforce policies at the Federal and state levels, conducted research on the supply and demand of entry-level talent, and managed programs focused on Opportunity Youth.
